4-H Camp Whitewood - Leaders-In-Training (LIT)

LIT is for individuals 16-18 that love Camp Whitewood and are ready to take the next step in regards to responsibility, leadership and becoming role models for younger campers. As an LIT you must have a desire to serve others. LITs receive one-on-one training with Program Staff learning what it takes to become a Staff Member and developing leadership skills, program skills and responsibility. This is the perfect program for 4-H counselors interested in further opportunities at Camp Whitewood or anyone interested in someday joining the Camp Whitewood staff. To be accepted into the LIT program you will have to submit three character references and conduct an interview with a Camp Whitewood Director. There are a limited number of spots in the LIT program, so sign up now!
