MacColl YMCA is located on 125 wooded acres just off route 146 in Lincoln. Our summer camps provide a variety of programs including on site camps, travel camps, specialty camps, and a teen leadership camp. We service all areas and offer transportation from the communities of Lincoln, Cumberland, and North Providence. Our campers begin their adventure at age 4 and can continue their camping experience into their high school years. Swimming is an integral part of YMCA summer camps. Lessons are conducted daily by certified instructors. Younger campers will experience the safe and comforting environment offered by our instructional pool which features depth ranges of six inches to three feet. What a great way to introduce your child to the water! Older more experienced swimmers benefit from our two Olympic size pools, water slides and a spray park. Campers, enrolled in our traditional summer camp, will have the opportunity to learn the basics of swimming, sportsmanship, creative arts, and team building. Campers will also have the ability to experience nature on our beautiful grounds. Our specialty camps offer the non-traditional camper a variety of different choices to suit their individual needs. Sports-minded children have the opportunity to pursue their passion for swimming, soccer, golf, cheerleading, and dance. The Trailblazers welcome campers who love the outdoors and nature. For the more adventurous traveler, our Explorers camps are the way to go! Adventures In Leadership allow participants transitioning from youth to adolescence, to build community spirit, personal responsibility, and life skills.
