Camp Frank A. Day is a traditional YMCA overnight camp for children of all genders ages 7 to 15, with a Leader In Training program for 16 year olds. Located one hour west of Boston, the camp encompasses 52 acres of woodlands and lakefront. Camp Frank A. Day is rich in history and tradition yet it has a modern program with a variety of land and waterfront "camptivities" to choose from. When asked, “What is the best thing about Camp Frank A.
