YOU custom design your own program from over 25 instructional activities, including major emphasis activities in Water Skiing, Tennis, Gymnastics, Horseback Riding, Jewelry, and Dance. Special Events?? Our evening, Sunday and Wild Card Special Programs are out of this world!!! More fun than a barrel of monkeys!! The food....incredible! The staff and overall atmosphere? Warm and Friendly. Leadership? Birch Knoll has been owned and operated by the Baier Family for 45 years. They are surrounded by Senior Staff that are outstanding in their fields.
