The Leader-in-Training (LIT) Program equips teens with important leadership/ life skills such as: Teamwork, Responsibility, Communication, Problem Solving and Community Service (approved student service learning hours program). Participants can earn up to 35 SSL hours per week. Vital leadership skills are taught in a safe, fun and challenging group environment. Teens will get hands-on experience working with kids alongside trained counselors. LITs help maintain group control, create a safe environment for campers and assist in day-to-day activities. We also offer optional overnighters throughout the summer for our LITs to have extended group time with their friends and counselors.
