New this year is ’14 Camp FreeStyle . Children can now participate in Camp FreeStyle, an afternoon camp, without enrolling in the morning camp. ’14 Camp FreeStyle camp starts at 12:30pm with our daily camp kick-off meeting to go over the planned activities. The first hour of ’14 Camp FreeStyle is loaded with organized team sports/activities – bottle battle, capture-the-flag, soccer, dodgeball, flag football, etc… After the first hour we open up six stations – just to name a few; arts and crafts led by our art director, strategic thinking playing board games, our golf instructors will teach golf, our archery instructor will lead archery, etc. Campers are encouraged to try all activities each afternoon. Campers can sign up for at least three of the six stations. Look at the Activity Board each morning for the days’ station opportunities. Our slip-n-slide will be open and attended by a staff member throughout the afternoon for cool-down rides anytime. There’ll be plenty of opportunities for kids to relax and get acquainted with other kids and staff. Some relaxing activities include the daily sand castle building contest, ride the slip-n-slide, use the Lego table, make bead bracelets at the art table and more. ’14 Camp FreeStyle will keep any child entertained, educated, and worn out by the end of the day. Healthy afternoon snacks are included everyday around 4:00 pm. Children attending both a morning camp program and ’14 Camp FreeStyle will receive a healthy lunch Monday through Friday at 12:00pm. Main entrees include macaroni and cheese, hamburgers, nachos, chicken quesadillas, Sloppy Joes, grilled hot dogs, submarine sandwiches, and more. All lunches include fruits and vegetables, and dessert.
