For mature and team-oriented teens ages 13-15 seriously interested in developing their leadership skills working with children. Under the supervision of the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) directors, CITs assist group counselors, teach activities and plan special events. Occasional day and overnight trips will provide opportunities to discuss camp experiences and build relationships. This program is selective and requires interested candidates to complete an application, letter of recommendation and have a personal interview.
