Camp Haverim's LIT program is for 6th-8th graders who are ready to continue their camp experience in a new, exciting and challenging way. LITs will perform group initiatives, engage in problem-solving games, participate in teen-oriented activities, as well as particiapte in general camp wide programs. CPR and First Aid training is included. LITs will work closely with the unit heads of all camp groups as well as the camp director to learn the necessary skills to become a counselor at Camp Haverim. LITs will have one overnight experience each session. Community Service Hours will be awarded for completion of the Leadership-In-Training program. Interviews with each participant are required prior to the start of camp.
