Iowa 4-H Center - Iowa 4-H Center Resident Camp

Established in 1950, the Iowa 4-H Center sits on 1,100 acres in the heart of the Des Moines River Valley. The Iowa 4-H Center offers a fun and educational outdoor learning environment. We follow the motto of "learning by doing" and draw on the knowledge base of Iowa State University and competent professional and student staff. Your campers will enjoy a traditional camping experience. Specialty camp activities provide campers with nearly three hours a day of hands-on experience in their camp of choice that puts a focus on enhancing their skills, abilities, knowledge, and enjoyment.
