Middle Camp is a full day program where 1st and 2nd grade campers can participate in over 25 different activities. The program is a careful balance of structure and choice, offering campers the excitement of choosing their activities each period from among two or three options. The 1:7 counselor to camper ratio within small groups provides a close-knit community where friendships are fostered and social skills are developed. Counselors offer guidance and support as campers discover new interests and develop new talents. Middle Campers are ability grouped for their daily American Red Cross swim lesson in our heated pools and have the opportunity to choose a free swim each afternoon. Whether they are scoring a goal, taking a bow, or scaling a rock wall, Middle Campers learn to meet new challenges with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
