Clearwater Camp
Clearwater is an overnight summer camp for girls ages 8-16. We’re nestled in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, surrounded by the crystal clear water of Tomahawk Lake. Clearwater is one of the original great girls’ camps, building confident and resilient young women for eighty years. We limit cabin size to 4-6 girls and one counselor per cabin to promote our deep sense of community.
Our extraordinary location includes 3300-acre Tomahawk Lake, 200 acres of adjacent nature conservancy land, and our own private 5-acre island. We offer dozens of activities for all ability levels including everything from horseback riding, sailing, and water skiing, to archery, swimming, arts & crafts, tennis and more! Every one of our campers gets the chance to go on a canoeing or backpacking trip, and our older campers get a chance to try sea kayaking in the Apostle Islands, hiking Isle Royale National Park, canoe the Boundary Waters, or sail Lake Superior.
We combine an extraordinary setting, outrageous fun, and lifelong friends—unforgettable! Clearwater is ACA accredited.
