Lebanon Valley Family YMCA is searching for a Camp Executive Director. The Camp Executive Director position is the perfect opportunity to continue to expand your leadership skills, showcase your creativity and continue to grow professionally, while expanding our camp program. We are a YMCA day and residential camp that serves approximately 125 kids weekly throughout the summer. During the shoulder seasons, connecting with current and recruiting prospective schools to participate in field trips for the spring and fall months. This position oversees a full-time program director and approximately 30-35 seasonal staff. Must have at least served as a residential camp director for 4+ years, working at an ACA accredited camp, and be at least 25 years of age. Salary range is $50,000 -$60,000
